Jim and I have witnessed many changes in the real estate market for more than thirty years combined. We currently live in Frisco, Texas with our two daughters.

As agents we currently serve on the distinguished Realtor Advisory Board for Matthews Southwest Community, Top Producers for Real Producers Magazine, noted in D Magazine Top agents for Several years and Certified Relocation A-Team Members.

Jim has spent years in the new construction and remodeling industry as well as the Owner of Texas Mackey Custom Homes. Building new construction is a passion he thoroughly enjoys. Finding client’s wonderful home sites or lake sites and building moderns, multi-generational homes, retirement homes or just suburban lifestyle, is a wonderful enjoyment!

Working with builders, buyers and sellers for the last twenty-five years, we are well-versed in many areas of development and desires for all types of buyers and sellers. Knowledge of all types of financing available and working with great trades in the industry provide our clients with all they will need. Training and Certification in Corporate Relocation and Affinity Network rounds out our strengths in real estate negotiations.

We are excited to be selected as your agents! We cover from the east to the west and north to south to support the growing DFW and surrounding areas. We enjoy all aspects of buying and selling new construction and existing homes.

Jim enjoys on and offshore fishing and is a member of the Gun Club. Kristen spends time supporting their girl’s events and needs in competitive dance and pre-medical school.
